The Nova Contacts Management System (NCMS) is an easy online way to keep in touch with networks of important people. These lists can be used for outbound calls, sms messages, LinkedIn messages or any other kind of person-to-person outreach. In addition, NCMS provides a way to send customizable email messages to contacts. These can be sent to individual contacts or to all of the contacts in a contact list. A record of each interaction is kept in the contact's history.
• Setup tools: NCMS provides tools for uploadng contacts and clients using csv (ie. spreadsheet) data. There is no need to enter contacts one by one if they already exist in spreadsheets.
